GREAT! I aced my Biology test last week! I made the highest score in the class and I am THRILLED!

At first I was a bit disappointed because I needed 135 out of 150 to keep my A average. We went through the entire test and I could tell from the moans and groans of my classmates, that the 75-question test had gotten the better of many of them. Teach said he would offer opportunities for extra credit from bonus quizzes to optional papers toward semester end. I brightened.

He then covered cellular respiration and proceeded to give a very easy 5-point quiz - which I aced!! I got my A!!!!! I'm very thrilled.

Then we proceeded to the lab where we observed several kinds of cells under the microscope. This is my FAVE part of the whole class and I'd love to spend OODLES of time in lab! Maybe next week we'll get to look at pond scum (it promises to hold several amobae (or whatever the plural of amoeba may be)) and will probably be even better than todays green leaf, red onion, and human cheek cell (from a swab of my own mouth!!). VERY cool!
