Days and Nights

OK, I bought a new purse . . .

and its very pretty, classy, deep red leather, VERY small. I have been able to transfer all my necessities over, and have room for my cell phone if I'm not on my period!! YAY!

As I shopped bags in the store this evening, I looked at fancy ones, VERY pretty ones, eccentric bags, LARGE bags, tiny bags, sequined bags, MIAMA-style totes, and backpack bags. I examined each one for how it goes with ME, how would I feel carrying it, how would I be able to access my junque without looking (a must for ribqah), and how would it hold up under my demanding lifestyle.

I LOVE the little sequined purses with street scenes on them - very Hollywood! No zipper on the top - I'd lose all my junque every day!!

I LOVE the hippy-ish denim backpack style, and I could really personalize it with beads, patches, acrylic paint, rhinestones . . . . it would catch on my sweaters and make me say ugly words.

I see the roomy bags and think, "too much like Mom's bowling accessories type bags . . . ."

I love to look at purses. I love to buy purses as gifts for others. I'm just a one-purse woman. My empty little black one is downstairs with a few scratches and tears from stress, and I just haven't been able to toss it in the can. Maybe tomorrow.
